Quality Assistant

Express Employment of Covina is seeking Quality Assistant for our client located in the City of Claremont.
Job Type: Full-time Hours: Mon-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM Pay Rate: $21.00  Job SummaryThe Quality Assistant will support quality operations by ensuring components and processes meet stringent industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks. This role works closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to technical surveys related to compliance requirements. 
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to review specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. 
• Participate in internal audits, supplier evaluations, and quality reviews. 
• Support compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements. 
• Assist in validating process changes and ensuring configuration control compliance. 
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. 
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing quality, or aerospace-related environments. 
• Familiarity with inspection tools, documentation control systems, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
