Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Mobile Home Park Administration Locations: Foresthill, CA & Loomis, CA
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of two mobile home park communities located in Foresthill and Loomis, CA. This position requires working three days per week in Foresthill and one day per week in Loomis. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable handling resident interactions, rent collection, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process monthly rent payments from residents
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident inquiries
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate resident records
• Answer phones, take messages, and assist visitors
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
• Maintain filing systems and office records
• Assist with resident notices and general office communications
• Support property management with administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
• Accurate data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Professional and dependable with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation to travel between Foresthill and Loomis locations
