Job Duties

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Read route sheets and verify part counts
• Record completed operations accurately on production routers
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete required documentation, including green tags for every work order
• Conduct hourly weld testing and quality checks
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervision
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Stand, walk, bend, crouch, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
