• $28–$35/hour, based on experience
• Monday–Friday
• Generally 6:00 PM–2:00 AM
• Hours can be somewhat flexible and may be adjusted to a later 3rd-shift schedule
• Direct hire

What You’ll Be DoingThe Machine Maintenance Technician will help keep production equipment and machinery operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
• Performing preventative and routine maintenance
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Repairing or replacing worn and damaged machine components
• Responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing production downtime
• Performing equipment adjustments and assisting with machine setup as needed
• Inspecting machinery to identify potential problems before breakdowns occur
• Using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Documenting completed maintenance and repairs as required
• Working closely with production employees and management to keep equipment running efficiently

What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, dependable, and confident troubleshooting industrial equipment. This is not an entry-level maintenance position.Ideal candidates will have previous experience with industrial or manufacturing machine maintenance and be comfortable diagnosing equipment problems independently.
