What Is a Merchandiser?

Merchandisers make sure beverage products are stocked, organized, and easy for customers to find. You’ll visit grocery and retail stores on an established route, move products from the store’s back room to the sales floor, stock shelves, and build attractive displays.

This is not a delivery driver position. Products are delivered separately, and you’ll use your personal vehicle to travel between stores.

• $1,560 biweekly base salary

• Additional overtime pay under the fluctuating workweek method

Your Schedule

• Full-time, five days per week

• Saturday and Sunday availability required

• Two scheduled weekdays off—convenient for appointments and errands

• 6:00 AM start

• Typically finish around 3:00–4:00 PM, depending on route completion

What You’ll Do

• Travel between stores on your assigned route

• Stock shelves and replenish beverage products

• Build and maintain eye-catching displays

• Rotate inventory to keep older products in front

• Remove expired or damaged products

• Organize back stock and keep merchandising areas clean

• Build positive relationships with store managers and staff

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Dependable personal vehicle

• Active full-coverage auto insurance

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs

• Comfort working on your feet throughout the day

• A dependable, self-motivated approach and attention to detail

• Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience in merchandising, stocking, retail, grocery, or warehouse work is a plus. Paid training is provided!
