Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) / Travel / Intravenous Therapy

Works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs skilled nursing services as delegated by the registered nurse according to physicians orders. Responsible to Clinical Manager and/or designated Registered Nurse.

HFS 133.14 Skilled nursing services:
1. Provision of services. Skilled nursing services shall be provided by or under the
supervision of a registered nurse.
2. Scope of Duties. Nurses shall perform only those duties within the scope of their licensure.
3. Practical Nursing. Nursing services not requiring a registered nurse may be provided
by a licensed practical nurse under the supervision of a registered nurse. DEGREE OF TRAVEL
Home visits. Periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation, current drivers
license, and agency-required liability insurance.'

5. Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as, user names and
password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop, including starting
programs, using files, and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars;
ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.'
