118 bed; Type of patients: Rehab to home, LTC; Large gym with ADL kitchen, outside patio, treadmill, 3 bikes, standing frame, and parallel bars. Woodmont Center, located just outside of downtown historic Fredericksburg, Virginia, has provided nursing and rehabilitative Care for over 30 years. Woodmont Center offers ShortStay Nursing Care, Rehabilitation Care, and Long Term Care. The spacious rehabilitation gym includes state of the art equipment and the RevitalCare program. The nursing and rehabilitation staff pride themselves in providing the highest quality of care.
