ELECTRICAL QA/QC MANAGER
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical QA/QC Manager (Traveling).  Candidate can reside anywhere and travel from that location.  
 
Electrical QA/QC Manager Compensation and Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical QA/QC Manager (Traveling) is between $130,000 and $160,000.

Electrical QA/QC Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring and administration of QA/QC plan to ensure quality related activities or functions are being performed.  
• Observe production operations and equipment to make sure conformance to specs are being met and contractual requirements are implemented.   
• Maintenance of Work Procedures Manuals and Forms. 
• Implement inspection criteria and procedures.
• Conduct and document field inspection investigations - prepare and distribute reports.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints as it related to quality.  
• Ensure equipment and parts are operating correctly and meeting industry and regulatory standards.   
• Helps develop procedures and quality improvement solutions related to specific assignment area.  

Electrical QA/QC Manager Qualifications

• Experience working on large scale projects within mission critical / data center.  
• 5+ years experience in a QA/QC role with an electrical contractor.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards.
• Traveling role -- must be accustomed to a traveling position.  Paid trips home 1-2 times a month.  
• Electrical license a plus --- journeyman license from any state or a state that has reciprocity with Texas.  
• This is a long-term project to project role (not short term contract work).
