Electrical Safety Representative Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Senior Safety Coordinator in San Antonio, TX is between $70,000 - $85,000

Electrical Safety Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Implement, enforce and monitor disciplinary actions for safety violations.
• Keep records of all safety incidents and employee safety violations and forward copies to Safety Manager.
• Assist field supervisors with implementation and enforcement of safety requirements.
• Train employees on Company safety requirements, implementation and enforcement.
• Assist field supervisors with all OSHA record keeping, accident investigations, reporting, pre-task planning and hazard identification.
• Assist in jobsite safety meetings.
• Assist in the creation and updating of safety policies and training courses.
• Monitor and ensure acceptable employee conduct.
• Enforce work rules, safety rules and policies of the Company.
• Perform all duties in accordance with all environmental health and safety regulations related to this position.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Communicate at least weekly with the Safety Manager, more frequently if necessary.
• Provide a written monthly activity report to the Safety Manager.

Electrical Safety Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED
• OSHA 30 certification and others as may be required by insurance company or regulations.
• Confined Space Training
• Qualified Electrical Worker Training
• Excavation/Trenching Training
• Forklift Training
• Aerial Lift Training
• First Aid/CPR Training
