CT Technologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,560–$2,740
• Location: Corvallis, Oregon
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital Diagnostic Imaging
• Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist / CT Tech
• Start Date: October 15, 2026
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks, through January 14, 2027
• Schedule: Nights and weekends; four 10-hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of CT Technologist or CT Tech experience in a hospital or comparable clinical setting
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (RT(R))
• Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current, unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Strong commitment to patient safety, diagnostic imaging quality, and professional communication

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations according to established protocols and Diagnostic Imaging department standards
• Prepare and position patients while explaining computed tomography procedures and promoting comfort and safety
• Operate CT scanners and verify image quality before completing examinations
• Screen patients for relevant clinical information and communicate concerns to the radiologist and care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow radiation safety and infection prevention practices
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, providers, and other imaging professionals to support efficient patient care
• Help deliver timely diagnostic information in a fast-paced hospital environment
