CNA Travel Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $810–$870
• Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
• Healthcare Setting: On-site medical-surgical unit
• Assignment Type: Travel CNA assignment
• Start Date: October 18, 2026
• End Date: December 13, 2026
• Contract Duration: 8 weeks
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts

Certified Nursing Assistant Job Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical, acute care, rehabilitation, or comparable patient-care setting
• Availability to work three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
• Ability to provide safe, respectful, and compassionate care to patients with diverse needs

Medical-Surgical CNA Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Measure and document vital signs, intake and output, and other patient observations as directed
• Support safe patient transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and fall-prevention practices
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe patient environment
• Report changes in patient condition or behavior promptly to the nursing team
• Provide compassionate support while promoting patient dignity, comfort, and independence
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support individualized care plans
