Travel LPN Job Details

• Assignment Type: Travel nursing contract
• Location: On-site outpatient clinic in the Venice, Florida area

LPN Job Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license eligible for practice in Florida
• At least 1 year of practical nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Outpatient clinic, gastroenterology, or medical office experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume clinical environment and contribute as a dependable team player

Outpatient LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support to the physician and outpatient care team
• Manage prescription requests, refills, and prescription authorizations
• Relay test and clinical results to patients accurately and compassionately
• Assist with stat add-on procedures and other same-day clinical needs
• Coordinate care efficiently while maintaining attention to patient safety and service quality
• Support team coverage and collaborate with fellow nurses as needed
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered experience in a fast-paced gastroenterology office setting
