Travel Cath Lab Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,710–$2,920
• Location: White Plains, New York
• Start Date: November 2, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks, through February 1, 2027
• Healthcare Setting: Acute-care cardiac catheterization lab
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week; 10-hour day shifts, 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours per week
• Call Schedule: One full weekend per month plus one weekday per week; weekend and call coverage is 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Charting System: Epic

Cath Lab Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist or RCIS experience
• Demonstrated TAVR and structural heart experience
• Current Cath Lab Technologist or RCIS credentials appropriate for the role
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current NIHSS certification
• Current flu vaccination is required
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and participate in the required call rotation

Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist with TAVR and other structural heart procedures
• Prepare and maintain the cardiac catheterization procedure room, equipment, and supplies
• Support the cardiology team throughout procedures while maintaining patient safety and sterile technique
• Monitor procedural needs, anticipate team requirements, and respond effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment
• Document patient care and procedural information accurately in Epic
• Participate in scheduled weekend and weekday call coverage
