About the Role
Build your career in manufacturing by setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery used for producing precision aluminum and metal components. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery
• Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and quality standards
• Inspect products using measuring tools for accuracy and quality
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or defects
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Key Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read measurements and work orders
• Attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle active manufacturing tasks
