- Shifts run 7 am - 7 am (24-hour shifts)
- Avg inpatient census -- 1 baby born per day
- Attendance at C-sections when requested by OB provider
- No ICU/Critical Care duties required
- No ER backup coverage required
- Code response limited to nursery only
