Join us for a rewarding 12-week assignment as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital, nestled within Springfield, Missouri. This role offers you the opportunity to work in a specialized inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions. You'll be part of a dedicated team in a facility ranked among the top 6% nationally for rehabilitation, working in a facility that uniquely combines advanced therapy devices, a brain-injury unit, and an outdoor healing garden. The shift runs from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing consistent hours and a chance to truly make a difference in patients' recovery journeys. From using high-tech therapy equipment like EKSO and InMotion UE Robotic to supporting patients in private, family-friendly rooms, your skills in IRF or SNF settings will help foster meaningful progress.
