Job Description
Join a pediatric procedural sedation unit in Hartford, Connecticut, supporting all three phases of care for procedures performed outside the operating room. You will provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care, document the intraprocedure phase, administer medications, and collaborate with sedation providers and anesthesiologists. The assignment also includes working closely with radiology and supplying nursing support for diagnostic testing, including MRI. Pediatric experience and prior travel experience are required. This Monday-through-Friday ambulatory assignment does not admit patients to the unit, allowing you to focus on procedural care and recovery in a structured daytime schedule.
