Job Description
This 13-week travel Registered Nurse contract in Peoria, Illinois, is an overnight role for an RN who can manage a designated patient group from assessment through ongoing evaluation. You will develop and implement individualized plans of care, perform nursing interventions, maintain accurate documentation, address safety concerns, and collaborate with the healthcare team throughout each shift. The schedule runs from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., giving you the opportunity to make the night shift your specialty.
