Job Description
Take on a 13-week travel assignment as a Med Surg RN working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. on a primarily surgical unit that also cares for medical-surgical patients with advanced pulmonary conditions, including pneumonia and COPD. You will manage telemetry monitoring, IV pumps, tracheostomies, BiPAP and CPAP, oxygen weaning, nebulizer-to-inhaler treatments, infusions, drips, venipuncture, starting IVs, transports, and support during ICU transfers. This role requires every other weekend coverage, holiday rotation, and flexibility to float to comparable units within your competency. There is no call and no block scheduling, so this assignment is a good fit for a night owl who enjoys varied clinical responsibilities.
