Job Description
Urbana, Illinois is looking for a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract providing post-operative care to a complex surgical population. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop and adjust plans of care, provide nursing interventions, and maintain accurate documentation throughout each patient’s stay. Your clinical focus will include newly placed tracheostomies, wound vacs and other complex wounds, and new ostomies, including patient and family education. You will also collaborate with general surgical and oral and maxillofacial surgery residency services while working three 12-hour day shifts each week.
