Job Description
Join a 13-week travel contract in Payson, Arizona, as a Registered Nurse working 8-hour day shifts. In this role, you will assess patients, develop and update individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, administer treatments, evaluate outcomes, and document each step accurately. You will also coordinate with physicians and the broader healthcare team, delegate tasks appropriately, support patient and family education, and help guide licensed and non-licensed personnel. This assignment is a hands-on opportunity to bring your acute care experience to a setting where thoughtful assessment, timely documentation, and adaptable clinical judgment matter every day.
