Job Description
Join a 13-week travel Registered Nurse contract in Phoenix, Arizona, working 12-hour day shifts. This role involves assessing patients, developing and updating individualized plans of care, providing direct nursing care, coordinating services, documenting clinical findings, and evaluating patient and family responses to treatment and education.
You will collaborate with physicians and members of the healthcare team, review diagnostic and laboratory information, communicate changes in patient status, and delegate or supervise tasks when appropriate.
