Job Description
This five-week travel CT assignment in Plattsburgh, New York, is designed for an experienced CT technologist who can perform a broad range of exams, including chest, abdomen, pelvis, head, cervical spine, and pulmonary embolism studies. You will operate Philips CT scanners, perform injections, and complete approximately 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night schedule. The assignment includes a 14-day orientation, scheduled weekends, holidays, and call. A three-shifts-on, one-day-off rotation followed by an extended break may be used based on unit needs.
Qualified travelers must have ARRT CT certification, at least one year of CT experience, recent EPIC experience, and an active New York license or documented proof of application. New York State venipuncture certification is required; injection certification may be obtained during orientation if needed. Reliable transportation is strongly recommended because public transportation is not accessible in the area.
