Job Description
Join a 13-week Operating Room Surgical Technologist contract in Dickinson, North Dakota. This day-shift assignment supports adult, pediatric, geriatric, and obstetric procedures across orthopedic, OB/GYN, and general surgery cases. Common procedures include total joints, ORIF, arthroscopy, cesarean sections, LAVH, D&C, diagnostic laparoscopy, laparoscopic appendectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and exploratory laparotomy. Experience with total joints and cesarean sections is required; orthopedic experience and familiarity with the MAKO robot are valued.
Work four 9-hour day shifts Monday through Thursday, with team or self-scheduling. Call requirements are typically one to two weeknight shifts per week and one weekend per month, with holiday call as needed. Floating is uncommon unless you have prior training in another area. BLS and ND UAP certification are required, while CST or NCCT certification is preferred. Scrub color is provided, and orientation includes one to two department-specific shifts.
