Job Description
Take your nursing expertise on the road with a 12-week travel assignment supporting interventional radiology services in Hackensack, New Jersey. This role is designed for an RN with radiology experience who can provide safe, individualized care while working with patients, nursing colleagues, and the broader healthcare team.
Responsibilities include IV insertion, port access, recognizing and responding to allergy reactions, medication administration using bar-scanning technology, point-of-care electronic documentation, patient and family education, and multidisciplinary discharge planning. The assignment includes a night shift schedule, 40 hours per week, every eighth or ninth weekend, one holiday as needed, and on-call responsibilities every eighth or ninth weekend plus as needed during the week. There is no float requirement.
