Job description
Job Description
Join a 16-week Progressive Care RN contract in a central float pool supporting cardiothoracic surgery, vascular, urology, and cardiology units. You may also provide coverage across hematology, oncology, orthopedics, medical telemetry, general surgery, neurology, neurosurgery, ENT, and GYN. This assignment is well suited for an experienced RN with cardiology expertise, including post-cath, STEMI, and structural heart patients, along with recent EPIC experience from a large Level I trauma teaching facility. Travelers float first, so flexibility is essential, including rotating 12-hour shifts, at least every other weekend, and schedules adjusted to meet unit needs. No block schedules are available. Required credentials include AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS before starting.
