Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse in Madison, Indiana, working overnight shifts from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. This role involves assessing patients, developing and updating individualized plans of care, monitoring responses to clinical interventions, coordinating with interdisciplinary resources, and supporting patient and family education through discharge.
You will also help guide the unit by delegating to licensed and non-licensed staff, mentoring and precepting colleagues, contributing to quality and safety initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve practice. Required qualifications include an Indiana nursing license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, an EFM course, and two years of clinical experience. Night-shift expertise will be your superpower in this assignment.
