Job Description
Join a 13-week MICU travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois, working 12-hour day shifts. This role is suited for an experienced RN who is comfortable caring for critically ill adults, interpreting EKG strips, managing arterial and central lines, caring for ventilated patients, and titrating vasoactive and cardioactive medications. The unit supports patients with complex conditions including sepsis, ARDS, pneumonia, AKI, alcohol withdrawal, and overdose. Travelers should hold BLS and ACLS certifications and be prepared to float first when needed. A little ICU flexibility goes a long way in this assignment.
