Job description

Job Description

Join a 13-week travel assignment as an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse in Seattle, supporting IR Body, Vascular, and NeuroIntervention services. You will circulate procedures, administer moderate sedation, monitor patients, and complete pre-procedure, admission, recovery, and post-procedure workflows. Cases may include stroke interventions, coiling, stents, embolizations, angiograms, vascular procedures, and tube checks or changes.

The assignment covers multiple IR suites, with travelers working across two primary IR areas and potentially supporting an admit-recovery department as needed. Nurses circulate and sedate while IR technologists scrub procedures. The schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts each week, typically during the day, plus overnight and weekend call. Call includes approximately one weeknight every two weeks and one weekend about every six weeks, with a 30-minute response requirement. Epic experience, IR procedural experience, moderate sedation experience, BLS, and ACLS are required.
