Job Description
This 13-week travel assignment is designed for an experienced Registered Nurse prepared to care for a broad range of medical-surgical patients, including cardiology, surgical oncology, urology, and complex general medical-surgical cases. You will work 12-hour day shifts on a unit with typical nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5–6, collaborate with monitor technicians, and read basic telemetry strips. The role includes self-scheduling based on unit needs, every-other-weekend coverage, holiday requirements, and no call or standby. Nurses should be comfortable supporting an academic setting, teaching or precepting when needed, and caring for patients with varying levels of complexity. Navy blue scrubs are required, and a BLS certification is needed. Bring your clinical range—this assignment keeps it well exercised.
