Job Description
This 13-week travel operating room assignment in North Platte, Nebraska is designed for an experienced OR nurse familiar with orthopedic and robotic procedures. You will support a broad surgical mix, including laparoscopic, cystoscopy, podiatry, ENT, obstetrics and gynecology, urology, plastics, pediatric dental, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, neurospine, and robotic cases. Scrubbing is required for RNs. The schedule includes two 10-hour day shifts with a 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m. start, with occasional call responsibilities, typically one weekend day every four to five weeks and one holiday during the contract. Call response expectations are 20 minutes for C-section cases and 30 minutes for other cases. You may float to endoscopy or the pain clinic as needed.
