Job Description
Join a 13-week travel contract as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric emergency department serving patients from birth through young adulthood, including occasional adult patients. This assignment supports a high-volume Level I pediatric trauma setting with cases ranging from minor illness to major trauma, including transfers from other hospitals. The role includes hands-on emergency nursing, IV starts, phlebotomy, and 12-lead EKGs. Travelers will not triage or perform SANE cases, and floating is not required. Pediatric emergency experience and at least two years of specialty experience are required; TNCC and ENPC are preferred. The schedule includes every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., plus one weekday shift. No prior travel experience is required.
