Job Description
Join an 8-week travel assignment in Lexington as a 4IC Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse working 12-hour night shifts. This role supports post-cath patients, including management of sheaths and TR bands, with TAVR experience preferred. You will also care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring, support chest tube management, and care for medical overflow patients. RNs titrate permitted drips, read telemetry strips at least once per shift and with rhythm changes, and manage patients using CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow equipment with respiratory support available onsite. The unit offers self-scheduling subject to balanced coverage, no call requirement, and one to two orientation shifts. Galaxy Blue scrubs are required.
