Job Description
Join an experienced ICU nursing team in Rancho Mirage for a 13-week travel assignment working three 12-hour night shifts each week. This adult ICU role supports patients with complex cardiac, respiratory, neurologic, renal, and multisystem conditions, including STEMI, stroke, sepsis, DKA, post-operative complications, and post-cardiac catheterization needs.
You will use EPIC and Acudose while managing ventilated patients, arterial and central lines, cardiac and vasoactive drips, dysrhythmias, sedation, blood products, and acute stroke or organ failure care. Strong code management, neuro assessment, ventilator management, and cardiac experience are essential. The assignment may include floating to MS/Tele or SDU and occasional call coverage. Experienced travelers with ACLS, BLS, and NIH credentials are required; navy scrubs are required.
