Job Description
Take on a 13-week travel contract as an ICU Registered Nurse in Rancho Mirage, California, working three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This adult ICU assignment includes patients with cardiac, respiratory, neurological, sepsis, DKA, post-operative, and multi-system conditions. The role requires strong code management, dysrhythmia interpretation, neuro and stroke assessment, ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial and central line care, and experience with complex ICU procedures. Nurses must be proficient with EPIC and prepared to work occasional weekend shifts, take call, and float to MS/Tele or SDU when needed. Orientation includes 24 hours across three night shifts and one day shift. Navy scrubs are required, and flu vaccination exemptions are reviewed case by case.
