Job Description
Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse on a medical-surgical unit in Weirton, West Virginia. You will care for adult patients with conditions including pneumonia, urinary tract infections, altered mental status, gastrointestinal bleeding, alcohol withdrawal, falls, and weakness. The role includes administering medications, monitoring patients, managing select infusions such as heparin, Bumex, and Lasix, and floating to other medical-surgical, telemetry, or intermediate-care areas as needed. First-time travelers are welcome with at least one year of experience. BLS certification and an active RN license are required. Expect an organized night-shift routine with no call requirement, every-other-weekend coverage, and a one-day computer/educator orientation followed by one day with a preceptor.
