- Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to patient safety
- Ability to work three 12-hour day shifts each week
Labor & Delivery Technician Responsibilities
- Support clinical operations within the Labor & Delivery unit as an OB Tech
- Assist the obstetric care team with preparation, supplies, equipment, and room readiness
- Follow hospital protocols for infection prevention, specimen handling, and patient safety
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure supplies and equipment are available when needed
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support efficient care delivery
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared clinical environment
