• Estimated Annual Pay: $74,160 - $93,463
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,426 - $1,797
• Employment Type: Permanent, Direct Hire – Full-time Physical Therapist position
• Setting: CCRC – Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living (skilled nursing rehab & outpatient rehab)
• Location: On-site in Vero Beach, FL (zip 32966) — Florida physical therapy jobs
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday
• Hours per Week: 40 (8-hour days)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (per employer requirement)
• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Florida (licensed PT preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team across the continuum of care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, patient-centered geriatric physical therapy care to residents across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, including care for memory care and long-term care residents
• Participate in onsite specialized training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and other CEU opportunities)
• Document and coordinate care using RestoreSkills EMR and maintain timely, accurate clinical records
• Follow patients across the continuum of care to build therapeutic relationships and ensure continuity
• Contribute to programming, creative care ideas, and a positive team culture
• Maintain productivity benchmarks (65–75%) while prioritizing quality outcomes and patient safety
