• Contract Length: 13 weeks, with potential for extension
• Shift: 12-hour nights (Night Shift RN)
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000 – $2,100
• Start Date: June 8, 2026
• Interview Process: Virtual (Microsoft Teams)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (medical-surgical and telemetry nurse)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Experience with medical oncology and telemetry strongly preferred
• Must be able to pass telemetry competency testing
• Willingness to work every other weekend and one summer holiday
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a Med/Surg Telemetry RN in a 12-bed unit expanding to 21 beds
• Continuous telemetry monitoring: interpret telemetry strips and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, case management, therapists) to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Deliver focused care to medical oncology and general medical-surgical patients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
• Support unit growth by participating in onboarding and training of new staff as the unit expands
