• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm outpatient schedule
• ~19 patients per day with built-in admin time
• Outpatient family practice clinic
• Patient age range: 2 - 5 years and up
• Minor derm procedures or joint injections preferred
• Comfort with prescribing buprenorphine/suboxone preferred
• Hospital privileges required

70.00 to 90.00 - hourly
