Job Requirements

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong Medical-Surgical and telemetry experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to a rotating schedule and float when needed
• Must meet compliance requirements prior to start, including required verification and documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients
• Monitor telemetry and assess for changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Administer medications, complete treatments, and document care accurately
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach in a busy acute care environment
• Support unit needs through flexible floating and participation in weekend coverage
