Job Description:
This 13-week travel contract is for a Registered Nurse supporting a neuro telemetry unit in Rockford, Illinois. The assignment focuses on adult patients with neurological, medical, surgical, and cardiovascular conditions, including stroke, transient ischemic attack, encephalopathy, altered mental status, cardiac conditions, and post-procedure needs. Nurses will provide care for a varied patient population, work with telemetry monitoring supported by monitor technicians, and care for patients using nasal cannula or nighttime CPAP/BiPAP when needed. Self-scheduling is available when organizational needs allow, with every-other-weekend and holiday requirements.
