Job Description:
This travel assignment is for a registered nurse providing direct care to internal medicine patients with a broad range of medical diagnoses on a medical-surgical unit. You will work 12-hour day shifts, including every other weekend and at least half of the holidays that occur during the contract. The role includes floating to medical-surgical and medical-surgical/telemetry areas, supporting peers and students through mentorship and clinical preceptorship, and caring for patients in an active setting that may include video monitoring, sitter rooms, ceiling lifts, and bariatric rooms. First-time travelers are welcome, and BLS certification is required.
