Job description
Join a travel medical-surgical nursing assignment in St. Louis, caring for patients undergoing elective spine surgery along with selected traumatic spine cases. You will support patients with cervical-to-sacral procedures, lumbar drains, mobility needs, pain management, and Hoyer transfers. The role includes night-shift care across two spine units, with floating within scope as needed. First-time travelers are welcome, and every-other-weekend coverage is required.
