Job Description:
Join a short-stay observation team in Medford as a travel Registered Nurse caring for patients with minor and low-risk cardiac, neurological, respiratory, metabolic, and gastrointestinal conditions, along with post-procedure monitoring, cellulitis, and minor trauma cases. Patients typically remain under observation for fewer than 48 hours, creating a steady flow of admissions, discharges, and transfers. You will provide total patient care, interpret telemetry, manage titratable drips such as heparin and amiodarone, and support care across observation, emergency, and medical-surgical services when needed. This assignment offers 12-hour night shifts in a fast-moving setting where every shift brings a new mix of patients.
