Job description
Join a travel assignment as a Case Manager Registered Nurse supporting patients across two nearby locations in Petaluma and Healdsburg. This role follows an 8-hour daytime schedule and includes coordinating care, assessing patient needs, arranging services, and helping patients navigate their treatment plans. The weekly schedule may vary between locations, with occasional full weeks at one site and every-other-weekend coverage. EPIC experience is required, and all requested time off must be submitted upfront.
