Travel RN Case Manager Job Details

• Location: Fort Myers, Florida
• Assignment Type: 13-week travel nursing assignment
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920–$2,060
• Start Date: November 30, 2026
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Shifts: 5 shifts per week; approximately 40 hours per week
• Work Setting: On-site care management
• Additional Requirement: Flexibility to float to affiliated campuses as needed

RN Case Manager Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional case management experience
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with license verification available through Nursys
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Care management certification, such as ACM or CCM, preferred
• Verifiable degree accreditation documentation must be available
• Strong communication, organization, patient assessment, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to coverage needs across affiliated campuses

Registered Nurse Case Management Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and support appropriate care transitions
• Assess patient needs, barriers, and available resources throughout the care journey
• Collaborate with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Promote quality outcomes, continuity of care, and appropriate resource utilization
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and promptly
• Provide coverage at affiliated campuses as needed, with travel nurses expected to support floating requirements
