• Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical
• Location: Middleburg Heights, Ohio, in the Cleveland metropolitan area
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920–$2,134
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 23, 2026
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• Work Setting: On-site hospital assignment

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Ohio
• At least 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and healthcare documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team
• Willingness to float to units within your clinical scope of practice

Medical-Surgical RN Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical patients during night shifts
• Perform patient assessments, monitor clinical status, and identify changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with established protocols
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing colleagues, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
• Float to other appropriate units as needed while practicing within established competencies
