Emergency Medicine Physician Requirements

• Physician with Emergency Medicine training and board status
• Boarded in Emergency Medicine
• Ability to provide safe, effective emergency care in a Level III trauma environment
• Active New Hampshire medical licensure and credentials required for clinical practice
• Completion of required credentialing, case-log review, and hospital privileges
• Temporary privileges may be available

Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting to the emergency department
• Manage a broad range of emergency conditions and Level III trauma cases
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide coverage for scheduled day, night, and weekend shifts
• Complete appropriate medical documentation and coordinate patient disposition and follow-up care
• Participate in a shadow day and electronic medical record training unless already familiar with the system
