Job description
This travel contract is designed for a registered nurse who will care for acutely ill patients under the supervision of nursing leadership. The assignment includes independent assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, medication administration, and coordination with physicians, advanced practice providers, patients, families, and the broader care team. The nurse will also recognize changes in patient status, prioritize rapidly changing situations, activate emergency protocols when needed, and provide individualized care guided by nursing judgment, evidence-based practice, and California nursing standards.
